The complaint must be submitted in either Dutch or English. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive a written acknowledgment of receipt of your submitted complaint within ten working days at the latest, including an indication of the expected processing time. We aim to resolve simple complaints immediately. For other complaints, you can generally expect a response within six weeks, either by telephone or email.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the same complaint occurs frequently within a short period, StartGreen Capital strives to find a structural solution for this issue.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the complaint relates to a situation that occurred more than one year prior to submission, StartGreen Capital is not obliged to process the complaint. You will be informed of this in writing. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the complaint concerns an employee or partner of StartGreen Capital, your complaint will be discussed with the person or organization involved, unless you have explicitly objected to this.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your complaint will be recorded in StartGreen Capital&#8217;s complaints register and kept for at least five years after resolution. All complaints are periodically discussed within the management of StartGreen Capital and, if necessary, analyzed by the Compliance Officer.
