This step follows the success of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startgreen.nl\/nieuws\/sympower-haalt-e213-miljoen-op-om-energietransitie-te-versnellen\/\">Sympower\u2019s investment round in November<\/a>, in which the company raised \u20ac21.3 million. PDENH, co-managed by StartGreen Capital, played an important role in this financing round. Sympower&#8217;s first acquisition responds to a growing demand for advanced and mature flexibility solutions and will accelerate the company&#8217;s growth across Europe.   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Leading position further strengthened<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>With the acquisition of FlexTools, a provider of flexibility technology, Sympower expands its technology portfolio and strengthens its position as a market leader in the Nordic countries. FlexTools offers software solutions for balancing the electricity grid and has a proven track record in Norway and Sweden. Through this acquisition, Sympower can optimize its services and further expand its customer base, making a significant contribution to accelerating the energy transition in Europe.  <\/p>\n<h6>Anthony Viellevoije, Investment Director PDENH:<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cSympower took a major step in November with the successful \u20ac21.3 million investment round, which allowed the company to accelerate its growth plans. Since September 2023, it has been a closed-end fund focusing on follow-on investments in existing portfolio companies.
