Objective
The Invesdor label OnePlanet makes sustainable innovation possible. On Invesdor’s crowdfunding platform, we bring together private investors and innovative entrepreneurs. We focus exclusively on initiatives with financial returns that contribute to one or more Sustainable Development Goals.

For whom
The label has two target groups:

• Entrepreneurs who achieve a positive impact on people or the environment with their product or service and, in addition to capital, often want to gain ambassadors, publicity, or local support.
• Investors who want a double return: an attractive financial return and a positive impact on people and the environment.

Instruments
Through Invesdor, private individuals can invest using (convertible) loans, bond loans, and shares.

Ticket size
From €200,000 up to a maximum of €5,000,000 (without a prospectus). For larger amounts, a prospectus to be approved by the AFM can be prepared.

Founding date
StartGreen Capital founded Oneplanetcrowd in 2012: the first sustainable crowdfunding platform in the Netherlands. In 2022, Oneplanetcrowd merged with the European Invesdor Group. This merger created one of the largest financing platforms in Europe.
