At StartGreen Capital, we believe it is important to be transparent and open about what we do and how we do it. Therefore, we provide insight here into our method of management and supervision (governance) and our remuneration policy.
The management board of StartGreen Capital consists of four members. All board members possess sufficient experience in asset management, venture capital, project financing, and investment management to perform their duties adequately.
The board consists of the following individuals:
- Laura Rooseboom – Co-founder and Managing Partner of StartGreen Capital
- Coenraad de Vries – Co-founder and Managing Partner of StartGreen Capital
- Jan-Willem Grandia – Chief Financial and Risk Officer
- Anouk Blum – Managing Partner StartGreen Capital and Managing Director of Energiefonds Overijssel
These four policymakers have been assessed by the AFM for reliability and suitability. They have full insight into the business activities of StartGreen Capital, including the primary risks to which StartGreen Capital is exposed.
The management board members bear general responsibility for StartGreen Capital and are responsible for the strategic objectives, risk strategy, and internal governance within the company. The policymakers also ensure the integrity of the accounting and financial reporting systems and compliance with laws and regulations.
In addition to his work for StartGreen Capital, Coenraad de Vries is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Invesdor; Laura Rooseboom is also a board member of Borski Fund, and Anouk Blum is Director of Energiefonds Overijssel.
