StartGreen Capital is licensed as an investment firm to provide investment services as referred to in Article 2:96 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft) and operates in that capacity under the ‘MiFID II’ regime. In addition, StartGreen Capital is registered as a fund manager of collective investment schemes as referred to in Article 2:66a of the Wft and operates in that capacity under the ‘AIFMD light’ regime.
The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) maintains ongoing supervision of the conduct of investment firms, while DNB provides prudential supervision.
