We are proud to present our latest Impact Report. In it, you can read about the steps we took in 2023 toward a greener, fairer world. For instance, StartGreen’s funds together deployed nearly 70 million euros last year in the form of 42 loans and investments, helping to save no less than 1.1 million tonnes of CO2.
Impact in focus
In addition to extensive sustainability information, the report puts a portfolio company from each of our funds in the spotlight. This year, these are: sustainable construction company Tala; Triple Solar, a company specializing in innovative heat pumps and PVT panels; and CarbonX, which develops a sustainable and locally producible alternative to graphite, a key raw material for EV batteries.
Focus on diversity and inclusion
And just like in previous years, we are paying extra attention to one of our three impact domains. This year, that is Diversity & Inclusion. For this reason, we interviewed Najada Kumbuli, Head of Investments at Visa Foundation. She explains why this prominent American foundation chose Borski Fund to jointly promote the economic empowerment of women.
